Check-in from 15:00 · Checkout by 11:00 Maximum 6 guests (+ infant). Only registered guests may stay overnight. No parties or events. Quiet hours 22:00 – 09:00. Please keep music indoors and at a low volume. No smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only. No pets. No drones at the villa or anywhere in the residence. The pool is unheated and has no fence. Children must be supervised at all times. Electricity is not included and is charged at 7 THB per unit from the meter readings at check-in and checkout. Please report any damage or breakages to the Mr Property Siam team.
