## Electricity and Security Deposit
Electricity is charged separately at THB 8 per kWh, based on the meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.
A refundable security deposit will be collected upon arrival. It will be returned on the day of check-out following the final villa inspection and settlement of the electricity charge, provided there is no loss or damage to the property.

Home rules
Respect for the villa
Please treat the villa with care and respect, as you would your own home.
Any loss, damage, or missing items during your stay may incur additional charges.
Guests, visitors, and parties
Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
Visitors and additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval from the host.
No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors, out of respect for our neighbors.
Smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and responsibly. A deep cleaning fee may apply if there is evidence of smoking indoors.
Electricity and energy use
Electricity is charged separately at 8 THB per kWh. The amount will be deducted from the security deposit at check‑out.
Please switch off air conditioning, lights, fans, and electrical appliances when leaving the villa or when not in use to help conserve energy.
Security deposit and damages
A refundable security deposit is required upon arrival.
A cash security deposit of 10,000 THB (or equivalent currency) is collected at check‑in and returned at check‑out, less any damages or extra charges (including electricity and deep cleaning, if applicable).
TM30 and guest registration
Passport details for all guests are required before or upon arrival to comply with Thai Immigration (TM30) regulations. This is a legal requirement for all accommodations in Thailand.
Cleaning and check‑out condition
Please leave the villa in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.
A THB 3,000 deep cleaning fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required (e.g., strong odors, heavy stains, or unusually dirty kitchen/BBQ areas).
Check‑in, check‑out, and violations
Check‑in and check‑out times must be respected unless otherwise agreed in advance with the host.
Serious or repeated violations of these house rules may result in early termination of the stay without refund, and any related costs may be charged to the guest.
