Thank you for looking after Villa La Lay as you would your own home. GUESTS AND NOISE • Only guests on the booking may stay overnight. Day visitors need our OK in advance. • No parties or events. Villa La Lay is in a quiet residential area. • Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please keep music and voices low outside after 10 pm. SMOKING • No smoking or vaping indoors. You may smoke outside on the terrace or patio. Please use the ashtrays, and never drop cigarette ends in the garden or the pool. POOL • No glass in or next to the pool. • No diving. • Children must be supervised at all times. DEPOSIT AND ELECTRICITY • A refundable ฿10,000 cash deposit is collected at check-in. • Electricity is charged at 7 THB per kWh. The meter is read at check-in and check-out. • At check-out we return the deposit, less electricity and any damage. AROUND THE VILLA • Please switch off the air conditioning and lights when you go out, and keep doors closed while the air conditioning is on. • Turn the BBQ gas off after each use. PASSPORTS • Thai law (TM30) requires passport details for every guest. Please send them before arrival or show them at check-in. CHECK-OUT • Check-out is by ⟦?⟧. Before you leave, please load the dishwasher, put rubbish in the bins and switch off the air conditioning. DAMAGE • Accidents happen. Tell us straight away so we can fix things before the next guests. • Damage or extra cleaning beyond normal use (for example smoke smell or heavy stains) is deducted from the deposit. Costs above the deposit are requested through Airbnb. • For serious breaches, such as a party, we may ask Airbnb to end the reservation. Pre-Booking Message: Thank you for choosing Villa La Lay!
