You are welcome to smoke outdoors in designated areas only. - The use of marijuana or cannabis inside the villa is strictly prohibited. If any odor or evidence is found, additional charges or penalties may apply. - Electricity is charged at 7 THB per kWh and is metered. Meter readings will be photographed at check-in and check-out. - Please help us take care of the villa by switching off air-conditioning and lights when they are not in use. - Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, excessive mess, or missing items during their stay. - Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability. - Motorbike rentals are used at guests’ own risk. Please ride safely, wear a helmet, and follow local traffic laws.
