1. No parties or events — this is a residential building with permanent long-term neighbours. Any noise complaints may result in immediate termination of stay without refund. 2. No smoking inside the condo. Outdoor smoking is only permitted in the designated area near the building parking. 3. No drugs, marijuana, or illegal substances anywhere on the property. Violation results in immediate eviction and additional charges. 4. Quiet hours strictly from 22:00 to 08:00. Please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of all neighbours. 5. All visiting guests not listed on the booking must be registered with building security in advance. 6. Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of guests declared at booking. 7. No pets allowed unless agreed in writing in advance. 8. Please take care of all condo furniture, fixtures, and shared facilities. Report any damages immediately. You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay. 9. Check-in: from 2:00 PM | Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be agreed in advance and may incur additional charges. 10. The condo must be left in a clean and tidy condition at check-out. Excessive cleaning may be charged.
