Chaweng Noi hills is a central located area with incredible panoramic views facing Chawengs beautiful long stretched beach. Getting around Koh Samui is easy. From bike & car rental to private taxi services, Samui provides everything. On the main road are two buses and plenty of big-sized tuk-tuks that can bring you all over the island. The area is in a great location, close to everything yet very private and quiet. The villa has plenty of space for car or bike parking. Renting a car is by far the easiest and most safe way of getting around. Let us know if you need a car. We can arrange for it to be at the property. We do not recommend renting motorbikes due to your safety and insurance concerns. Only if you have plenty of motorbike experience and your familiar with the thai roads we would make a exception and suggest it. If you wish it is also possible to provide a private car with personal driver, (for an additional cost). A private taxi service is always on call and will arrive at the villa in +/- 15 minutes. If you require flexibility with these times, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on availability. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in. This is to cover any incidental damages during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages to Ocean Serenity. House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow our house rules, including no smoking inside the villa, no pets, and respecting the quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM. Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and once a week during your stay. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Pool and garden maintenance are conducted regularly to keep everything in perfect condition for your enjoyment. Utilities: Please note that electricity is charged separately based on usage at the local rate 8hb/kwh, which is a common practice in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation. Water is included in your stay. Safety: For your safety, Ocean Serenity is equipped with a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, and a safety deposit box for your valuables. Emergency contact numbers are also provided for your peace of mind. Local Attractions and Services: Information about local attractions, dining options, car rentals, and tour bookings is available at the villa. We are happy to assist with recommendations and arrangements to make your stay more enjoyable. Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout Ocean Serenity for your convenience. However, please be mindful that island connectivity may occasionally be less reliable than in urban areas. Environment: Ocean Serenity is located in a peaceful residential area. We encourage guests to respect the local community and the environment during their stay. Gym Access Rule: A refundable deposit of 2,000 THB is required for the gym key token. This deposit will be returned upon the return of the token at the end of your stay. Please ensure that the token is kept safe, as any lost tokens will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
