Parties, events, loud music, and unregistered guests are not permitted at any time. • Respect our neighbours Please keep noise low and observe quiet hours, especially during the evening and at night. • Smoking: Smoking is welcome outdoors only. Please do not smoke inside the villa. • Cannabis Marijuana/cannabis use inside the villa is strictly prohibited. If odour or evidence of indoor use is found, penalties may apply. • Electricity Electricity is charged separately at 7 THB per kWh, based on your usage. Meter readings are photographed at check-in and check-out for transparency. • Care for the villa Please treat the villa and its belongings with care. Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, excessive mess, or missing items. • Arrival and departure Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. • Save energy Please switch off air-conditioning and lights when they are not in use. • Motorbike rentals Please ride safely.
