Private outdoor spaces include a balcony and terrace. Guests have access to a large shared pool at Orchid Residence, 1 minute away, open 7am to 7pm. Orchid Village is a peaceful residential community with easy access to main roads and attractions. Chaweng Beach is 10 minutes away. Fisherman's Village, with restaurants and the famous Friday Night Market, is 10 minutes. Lamai Beach is also 10 minutes. Lad Koh Viewpoint, one of Samui's best scenic stops, is 6 minutes. Welcome to Moonhouse. To ensure a comfortable stay, please respect these house rules. This is a private residential villa. No parties, loud music, or unregistered guests. Quiet hours are essential, especially at night. Families and responsible groups only. Non-smoking indoors; smoking outdoors is allowed. Marijuana and cannabis use inside is strictly prohibited. Electricity is charged at 7 THB per kWh (metered, photographed at arrival and departure). Guests are liable for damage, stains, excessive mess, or missing items. Please turn off lights and air conditioning when not needed. Motorbike rentals are used at your own risk. Check-in: 2:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early or late requests subject to availability; please contact the team. Before you leave, please take a moment to: - Wash used dishes and place them in the drying rack. - Hang wet towels on the drying rack, not on bed linen. - Take all rubbish to the outside bins. - Switch off lights and air conditioning.
