Maximum stay: 3 adults OR 2 adults + 1 child
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

Security Deposit
A refundable 5,000 THB security deposit is required upon arrival.
The deposit will be returned at check-out after property inspection and settlement of electricity usage.
Electricity Usage
Electricity is charged separately at 10 THB per unit (kWh) based on meter readings at check-in and check-out.
Please turn off air conditioning and electrical appliances when leaving the villa.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly not allowed indoors.
Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.
Violations may result in cleaning fees.
Parties & Noise
Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Pets
Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.
Pool & Safety
No glass near the pool.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay.
Keys & Security
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
