Welcome to The Nook, a single-level 3 bedroom pool villa in Bo Phut, Koh Samui. Designed for families and groups of up to 6, it sits on a quiet gated street, a short drive from Fisherman's Village, Bophut beach and Chaweng.
The Space:
Open plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and large island). Three bedrooms, each with a king bed, air conditioning and private bathroom with hot water rain shower. Smart TV, fast WiFi, safe, washing machine and iron.
Outdoor Living:
Private saltwater pool with sun loungers, outdoor dining pavilion and tropical garden, all within a secure gated residence. Free parking on site.
Families:
Single-level layout means no steps for kids or luggage. High chair and baby crib available on request.
Support:
Managed by Mr Property Siam with Vida Group Samui handling cleaning, pool and garden maintenance. Help is always close by during your stay.

Home rules
Welcome to The Nook. Please treat the villa as your own home and help us keep it in great condition.
Linen & Cleaning:
We provide cleaning and fresh towels/sheets every 6 days. If you'd like daily cleaning or more frequent linen changes, please ask—we can arrange it for a small extra fee.
Security Deposit:
We hold a refundable deposit of THB 15,000 (or equivalent USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD) to cover any damage. We'll return it within 7 days of checkout if the villa is in good condition.
Electricity:
We charge for actual usage at 7 THB per kilowatt-hour. We read the meter at check-in and checkout. Heavy air conditioning use may add THB 500-1000 to your bill depending on season.
Smoking:
Please smoke on the terrace only, not inside. Smoking indoors may result in a deep-clean charge.
Noise & Guests:
This is a quiet residential area. Please keep noise low after 10 PM and respect neighbours. If you invite guests, you're responsible for their behaviour.
Minor Damage:
Small items like a broken toaster or stained sheets will be charged at cost price. We're not strict—accidents happen.
Toilets:
Please don't flush toilet paper or sanitary items. Only human waste and toilet paper go down the toilet. A blocked toilet costs at least THB 3,000 to repair, charged to your deposit.
Towels:
White towels are for indoor use only. Don't take them to the beach.
Sand & Pool:
Rinse sand off after beach days before entering the villa. Use plastic cups and cans by the pool (no glass).
Doors & Windows:
Close all windows and doors when you leave the villa, when AC is running or if it's raining outside.
Before You Leave:
Please do the following to make our team's job easier:
- Wash and leave any used dishes in the rack to drain.
- Hang wet towels on the drying rack instead of piling them with clean linen.
- Empty all bins and take rubbish to the outside bins.
- Close all windows and doors.
- Turn off all lights and air conditioning.
