Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in. This is to cover any incidental damages that may occur during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages to the property. House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to our house rules, which include no smoking inside the villa, no pets, and respecting the quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM. Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and once a week during your stay. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.
