Welcome to Sunshine Villa — the largest accommodation at Paradise Village, Koh Samui, with three bedrooms for families, groups, or anyone who wants plenty of space.
Sunshine Villa comfortably fits up to 6 guests. The villa features a large open-plan living and dining area, a kitchen, and outdoor spaces surrounded by the tropical greenery of the estate.
Please note Sunshine Villa is scheduled for a full renovation in spring 2026. Once completed, the villa will have a fresh interior with new finishes and furnishings. Guests booking from mid-2026 onward can look forward to a nicely refreshed space.
Paradise Village — Your Island Base
Paradise Village is a peaceful residential estate set on the hills of Koh Samui, offering panoramic sunset views across the Gulf of Thailand. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens and provides a relaxed escape from the everyday — while still being just a short drive from the island's beaches, markets, and attractions.
The residence is currently being transformed with new shared facilities and improvements across the property.
New On-Site Facilities — From April 2026
Starting April 2026, Paradise Village will feature new shared amenities for all guests:
— An on-site bar and restaurant with a large panoramic sunset view deck
— Live sports streaming on a 65-inch screen
— 9-foot pool table and table football
— The restaurant offers breakfast on request, daily lunch service, and sunset snacks with early dinners
This new social area is a great place to enjoy sunset views, good food, cold drinks, and live sports — all without leaving the property.
Convenience Store
A small on-site convenience store is also available, offering essentials such as drinking water, snacks, cup noodles, mosquito repellent, and after-sun products. Since Paradise Village is not within walking distance of a 7-Eleven, the residence owners created this store to ensure guests always have easy access to everyday items.

• Suitable for families and responsible groups only.
• Quiet hours must be respected, especially in the evenings and at night.
• Non-smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
• Marijuana/cannabis use inside the villa is strictly prohibited. If odor or evidence is found, penalties may apply.
• Electricity is charged at 10 THB per kWh (metered; readings photographed at check-in and check-out).
• Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, excessive mess, or missing items.
• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early/late requests subject to availability.
• Please switch off air-conditioning and lights when not in use.
• Motorbike rentals are used at the guest’s own risk.
