The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area open onto the pool terrace. Relax indoors, prepare meals in the kitchen or gather around the dining table, which seats six. All three bedrooms have king beds and air conditioning. The villa has three bathrooms, including the main bedroom's en-suite bathroom. Outside, you will find a private pool, sun loungers, terrace seating and garden areas. Wi-Fi and on-site parking are available. Children must be supervised around the pool at all times. The neighborhood Villa Tom is in a residential area of Bo Phut, Koh Samui. It offers a private base for exploring Fisherman's Village, local restaurants, shops and the island's beaches by vehicle. The villa is not beachfront. Journey times vary with your destination and traffic. Getting around A car is recommended for exploring Koh Samui and making trips to restaurants, shops and beaches. On-site parking is available at the villa. We can help arrange airport transfers or vehicle rental on request, subject to availability and additional charges. Transport is not included in the accommodation price. Important information Electricity is not included in the accommodation price. It is charged at 7 THB per kWh for your stay, with meter readings photographed at check-in and check-out. A refundable security deposit may be required before or on arrival, subject to the existing booking terms. Please confirm the amount, collection method and refund arrangements with us before booking. In-stay housekeeping is not included unless it is specifically stated in your reservation or arranged separately. Please ask about availability and charges. This is a residential villa: no parties, events, loud music or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Smoking and cannabis use are not permitted indoors. An exterior security camera is located at the car park entrance. Children must be supervised around the pool at all times. Please switch off air conditioning and lights when not in use, and keep doors and windows closed while air conditioning is running.
