Villa Tramonto is a welcoming 2-bedroom villa in Bophut, a short walk from Fisherman’s Village and Bophut Temple. With a private infinity pool, green garden, BBQ area and mountain views, it offers a comfortable base for families or couples exploring Koh Samui, close to local dining and shopping. THE SPACE The villa has an open-plan layout, modern interiors and two comfortably furnished bedrooms. Living and dining areas open onto the terrace, where you can enjoy a BBQ, relax by the pool or spend time in the garden. The sundeck offers space to unwind in tropical surroundings with mountain views. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi is available for work and leisure. GUEST ACCESS Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, both bedrooms, living and dining areas, sundeck, infinity pool, garden and BBQ setup. On-site parking is available. NEARBY CONSTRUCTION AND VIEWS Ongoing construction nearby has blocked the former sea and sunset views. The villa now offers mountain views only, with no sea or sunset view. Construction may cause occasional noise; we cannot guarantee its timing or extent. Our team will do its best to keep you informed. Prices have been adjusted to reflect this. ELECTRICITY Electricity is charged separately at THB 7 per kWh, based on actual usage. ADDITIONAL SERVICES Our concierge team can arrange extra cleaning, private chef and breakfast services, tours and tickets, transportation, car or bike rentals, and laundry at an additional charge. GUEST SUPPORT We strive to provide 24/7 assistance, though responses may be slower between 11 PM and 7 AM. Urgent matters will be prioritized. TROPICAL WILDLIFE Occasional encounters with geckos, insects or other small animals are normal in this tropical setting. If you are sensitive to these, please consider this before booking.

Early/late requests subject to availability. • Please switch off air-conditioning and lights when not in use. • Motorbike rentals are used at the guest’s own risk.
