International School of Samui (ISS): a few minutes’ drive

Samui is easiest by car or motorbike. Our partner Siam Discoveries (led by Yankee) can arrange airport transfers, taxis, private drivers, tours and vehicle rentals at fair rates.

Home rules
• Electricity Charges: Electricity is charged based on consumption at a rate of 7THB per kWh.
• Group Restrictions: No all-male groups allowed. No groups of teenagers or young adults without multiple positive reviews.
• Overnight Guests: No visiting guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Booking Policy: We accept direct customers only; no agent or third-party bookings will be accepted. The main booker must be one of the staying guests.
• Cleaning Schedule: Cleaning and linen changes are provided every 7 days. Extra daily cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
• Smoking Policy: There is a strict NO smoking policy inside the villa. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of xxx xx (or equivalent in other currency) will be required upon arrival.
• Pool Maintenance: The pool is serviced twice a week to ensure cleanliness and safety.
